The Run & Reflect method

A structured way to run, observe, discuss, document, and turn your experience into action.

Each session uses Run Her Way’s framework to capture how routes are experienced and identify opportunities for improvement.

1

Route

Choose a route that reflects real running patterns and meaningful changes in environment.

2

Lens

Brief participants on what to observe and how to use the shared Run Her Way framework.

3

Run

Move through the route together, with planned pause points for observation.

4

Reflect

Discuss how the route feels, what shapes confidence and safety, and what could improve it.

5

Capture

Document what runners notice and the ideas that come out of the discussion.

6

Share

Translate inputs into route-level insight, recommendations, and outputs that support action.
