BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Do you want to help more women and girls start and stay running? We are looking for two new Board members to join Run Her Way.
We are growing nonprofit organization working with communities and cities to improve the conditions for women and girls to run with confidence.
In less than two years, we’ve built and tested a model that connects women’s lived running experiences with real-world change. We now have active projects, partnerships, or secured funding across three countries and six cities, and are focused on scaling what we’ve built while continuing to refine how it serves women and girls who run, or want to start.
We are recruiting in two complementary areas:
• Running Leadership & Partnerships: help us shape how our work reaches runners and becomes embedded across clubs, brands, events, and communities
• Cities, Public Space & Systems Change: help us strengthen how our work drives change in cities, public space, and the systems that shape how women and girls experience running outdoors
We’re a small, active Board, closely involved in shaping how the organization develops and grows.
If want to ensure running feels safe, welcoming, and possible for every woman and girl, by creating the environments and conditions that allow everyone to run on their own terms, we encourage you to apply.
Applications close: 12 June 2026
