Core Programs & Services
We design and deliver programs that improve how women and girls experience running in public space.
So more women and girls can start, stay, and shine in running.
RUN & REFLECT™
A structured, community-led method for assessing how running routes actually feel and function in practice.
Developed through Run Her Way’s work with women runners, the method helps cities and communities identify barriers, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement in public space.
Generates insight
Our comprehensive city-level advocacy program to improve running conditions through data, community insight, allyship, and stakeholder collaboration.
Creates change
RUN HER CITY™
RUN HER WAY VERIFIED ROUTES
A system to identify and share routes that better support women’s confidence and safety. Built on real runner input and experiences.
Scales what works
RUN HER NEIGHBORHOOD™
A neighborhood-based program designed to help more women and girls start and keep running in their local environment. Reduces barriers to getting started, strengthens local running communities, and connect with our insights and advocacy work.
Grows participation
Trainings, Talks, Campaigns & Activations
We work with runners, communities, organizations, and partners to build awareness, shift behavior, influence culture, and share practical tools for improving the conditions for safety and confidence to run outside. These formats extend our programs and help put them into practice.
ALLYSHIP WORKSHOPS
We host sessions to equip runners, trainers, club leaders, and event staff to identify and respond to harassment and other unsafe situations while running in different settings.
PANELS & TALKS
We speak at events and convene others to share evidence, experiences, and solutions for improving the conditions for safe and confident running.
CAMPAIGNS
We design and deliver focused, time-bound initiatives that create visibility and momentum for change around key issues in running environments.
RUNNING ACTIVATIONS
We organize community runs, group sessions, and team challenges that bring people together to run and build community through shared experience.
